Confirmation of your order is sent via email, along with a point of contact.
A 50% deposit is required for all new customers.
Once we have worked our magic the final portrait is approved. Delivery is within seven to ten working days depending on your location. For overseas delivery portraits are packaged in postal tubes to ensure against damage. see ›› delivery
